The Jordan Thomas Foundation and
Health Care Reform for Prosthetic Devices

Jordan Thomas, from the www.jordanthomasfoundation.org, was in Washington DC on September 15th to meet with the Gang of Six regarding the importance of including prosthetics in any health care reform program. This is extremely important for any healthcare reform as prosthetics are a large factor in independence and leading healthy lives!

The Jordan Thomas Foundation is a non-profit organization put together by Jordan Thomas, the winner of the National Courage Center 2009 Award. His foundation's purpose is to help kids receive the prosthetics they need but cannot otherwise afford.
